Will Hodges

Solicitor

London

Will is a solicitor in the Construction disputes team. He joined Beale & Co in July 2024 from a leading international law firm where he was practising in Construction and Energy disputes.

Will is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including pre-action procedures, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. He has worked for clients, both in the UK and internationally, across the entirety of the construction project lifecycle, from funders and employers, through to contractors, subcontractors and consultants as well as private individuals.

In addition to his contentious work, Will has experience of non-contentious matters. He is accustomed to negotiating suites of consultant appointments, drafting construction contracts and coordinating construction package due diligence for institutional lenders.
